Ayesha the Guest Relations Manager was a true ambassador for the hotel making sure every day every thing was according to our taste and extending assistance anytime we needed it plus being proactive in all communications. Altaf plus all the rest of the restaurant staff we extremely attentive and knew exactly what we desired every day and were proactive. The cherry on the cake was the quality of the food. We ate at many restaurants in Lahore during our stay and the consensus was overwhelmingly that Park Lane Hotel has the best tasting food. The lack of hard product sophistication is more than made up with the world class people working at Park Lane plus the quality of the food.

It’s definitely more spacious than any other resorts in the area. The rooms and the views were really good. Mr. Hassan Raza and Mr. Tashfeen Riaz were specially very helpful and accomodating with everything, and also the reservations team that helped me with some last minute changes to my booking due to an early morning flight.

Located in Islamabad, within 3 miles of Shah Faisal Mosque and 6 miles of Lake View Park, Villa Vista provides accommodations with a restaurant and free WiFi as well as free private parking for guests... I spent eight nights at Villa Vista and enjoyed every one of them. My room on the second floor was very quiet ... very little internal noise on the floor and no outside noise. The reception staff and breakfast waiters were very respectful, courteous and helpful. Wifi was very good. Convenient location with many shops and restaurants across the street.
