A real 5-star experience. the staff were really friendly, from pre-check in through to departure. Lovely views from the room, it is certainly worth asking for a high floor facing the harbour with Gardens by the Bay below.

Situated in the Kampong Glam district in Singapore, Heritage Collection on Arab - Mobile App Check-In offers 3-star rooms with free WiFi. The value, location, and how easy and convenient everything was. We had an 18hour layover and I highly recommend this place! They have everything in the room such as safe, hairdryer, shampoo, and body wash. They also have detergent, dishwashing soap if you plan to wash your clothes! I find it so intentional! Thank you to the great guidance and clear instrustion to the team! Shannen, Divina, Mae, and Ryan! I will definitely stay here again for longer days. The room may be small but trust me it’s more than enough. I love every bit of it! Even after check out they let us store our luggages for freee until 6pm. So so convenient! Highly recommend!❤️

The location was super!! You exit the Chinatown MRT station and the hotel is right there. So many shops, lively activity, and all tourist spots and locations are easily accessible with the MRT. Price was excellent for the location. Shannen was especially helpful for carrying our suitcases for us and the service she provided us was great! Even with locations she always found a way to help us, very friendly character. Yani and Mary were helpful too, and the whole procedure is very secure and high tech, the contact with the Heritage team was quick, efficient, friendly, and helpful.

Located just 10-minutes from Clarke Quay MRT Station and Raffles Place MRT Station, Heritage Collection on Clarke Quay - Mobile App Check-In offers stylish accommodations in Singapore. It is a hotel but you still get a few dishes if you want to eat in your room, there is a laundry machine and a dryer on every floor if you need to wash your clothes, the personel is super nice and goes out of their way to help. Especially May who carried my 3 luggages to my room even though there is no elevator for the last floor (just 1 flight of stairs needed for 3 rooms) once on arrival and once upon departure when I could store my luggage until the afternoon.
