Great mix of old and new!
The workmanship done to refurbish and rebuild this old castle into a mix of old and modern is beyond perfect .Our room was big, comfy, clean, full of amenities, and thoughtfully and artfully finished. The workers were all pleasant and helpful. Food was delicious and very plentiful and a bargain that was included in our room price. . We received delicious cheese filled warm
Pita and dessert in the afternoon, a sit down dinner with freshly made soup, salad with fresh herbs, stew and dessert. Breakfast had a fresh delicious buffet and then we were served delicious cooked eggs and fresh pita with cheese This is a unique hotel for someone who loves the countryside and wants to stay in a castle. The atmosphere, architecture, upper lookout patios, garden trails, water hole and museum tour were extra bonuses . The newly planted gardens was wonderful and will be a delight to see when in bloom and in years to come.

The hotel is small and has excellent staff who are helpful and extremely friendly.
The location is superb. We were able to walk to all the main sites we wanted to see. The staff arranged transport for any further excursions we wanted.
Great restaurants to choose from right outside the hotel.

The hotel is located very close to the main attractions of Sultanahmed neighborhood. Maybe only 150 steps to the Blue Mosque.
There are plenty of nice small restaurants nearby.
Breakfast was very good and fresh. We had everything that we needed with some local touch.
The staff was amazing. They went way over the regular service, always trying to help and make our stay better. We even got a fruit plate and a nice card on our last day.

Small hotel but very cozy, great location, room was great with an awesome view (we got to see flying hot air balloons right from our terrace). I have to point out Han's (Hotel Manager) remarkable service, it was simply the best I've ever had... made us feel like home right away, very attentive, kind and helpful at all times.

We had a wonderful stay at Ayazma Cave hotel! The location was perfect for the many activities we had planned for our stay in the land of "fairy chimneys." The staff was extremely accommodating in helping to show us how to get around and gave us many suggestions on places we may enjoy visiting. I cannot recommend them enough!
