This is a particular stay I still remember very well after a few months, it was one of the best I ever stayed with, exceeding a lot my expectations. It's a family business but they run it very professionally while still keeping a friendly and welcoming touch. They, the family, from young to older were friendly, helpful with advices or info, free water bottles and so on. The reception was sometimes run by other youngsters, again they were very nice. We could pay by card. We got room slippers and a safe. Lots of room for the luggages, clothes. A mini fridge. Location is quite central and good area and the building, facilities, the rooms, the terrace are all new, modern, clean and nice. The rooms are so nice and uniquely decorated, lots of patterns and colors, while still not becoming kitsch, but pleasant, clean. The dining atrium is also something to mention, beautiful. The breakfast was very varied, lots to choose from, and tasty. Best regards to the owners!

The hotel is quite new and clean. There’s 2 swimming pools, one outdoor and the other inside. The staff are very polite and helpful. The service delivered are really good! The location is also very convenient. It’s only 5 mins walk to our favorite spot Hazrat Khizr Mosque. Next to that it’s Siyob and Bibi Khanym Mosque. I will definitely come back to this hotel if I visit Samarkand next time.

I slept so well here — truly the most beautiful hotel among all the cities I stayed in during my trip. The owner has clearly invested so much time, money, and passion to preserve the history and architecture of this building. I especially appreciated watching the video in the breakfast room, showing the journey from demolition to restoration — it made me realize how much effort went into creating this masterpiece. The location is very strategic, perfect for easy access to Bukhara’s main sights. The staff are lovely, attentive, and welcoming. Everything was simply perfect. Highly recommended for anyone who wants to experience both comfort and authentic Bukhara heritage.

The host, Siyovush, is absolutely charming. He couldn't be kinder! Our room had the view of the minaret and was beautiful. The breakfast was extremely generous and delicious. I have recommended this place to friends who wish to visit Khiva.

Everything was great. A comfortable bed, all amenities were provided. The room is big enough. Staff was pleasant and helpful.

The hotel it’s beautiful and so new. It is really well located, close to all the main attractions of the city. This is a hotel family which make it so lovely. The rooms are really comfortable and clean.

First let me thank you for your hospitality and friendliness We always felt comfortable and could always ask for anything we needed. If we come back to Bukhara we will want to stay here again. The rooms were spacious and we loved that we could open the wide windows and get air in while taking a siesta on the very very comfortable beds. I wish I could buy such a bed for home. It's the best. Room and bathroom smelled fresh. Water pressure was good and warm water was available. For breakfast a wide selection of food was always placed on the table and we could add our wishes to what we wanted. There was always more than we could eat. And it was tasty Please note that this is a family run hotel I personally think that's a bonus because they take good care of you. The location it also great in my opinion because it is a bit away from the hustle and bustle of the old town center but still in the old town itself. You feel more like in a village here ere with roosters and other animals in the surrounding houses and a nice smell of grilled food in the air. Children run around and greet you respectfully and the elders sit outside in the evening and chat.Just so pleasantly calm and peaceful. And I almost forgot. There is a terrace with a big table and here where you can hang out and anther table with chair on the ground floor. For people who are used to Google maps: Don't it shows you a very long way to the old town center and it's not true. Use Yandex maps and it shows you a way that takes only 15 minutes of pleasant walk mostly in the shade.

One of the best hotel stays I’ve had in a while. Staff was incredibly friendly. Nicest gym set up I’ve seen in a hotel — sauna and steam room were excellent. Breakfast was fantastic as well.

When I read 5 star reviews of this place I didn't believe it. Now that I have stayed here and saw the heartfelt hospitality that I realized the folks who run this small but homey place deserve more than 5 stars.
