Staff - extremely helpful, kind and friendly. The woman at the front desk was great! Location - the hotel is surrounded by mountains and the view in the evening and in the morning are splendid. However, to get there, you will probably need to have a car. Room - it is a very nice room, spacious room with a nice bathroom. Balcony is spacious and a place, where you can enjoy a view on the surrounding area. Bed linen and towels are provided (also bathrobes). WiFi - WiFi was great, it was working nicely. Parking - there is enough parking spots in front of the hotel. Swimming pool - it is decent size, nice to relax and enjoy the water (note that the water is warm-cool). Open till 22:00. Overall, the hotel is a very nice place and definitely worth to stay there if you visit either Innsbruck or are going to ski.

Beautiful hotel with a stunning view from the room. The breakfasts were wonderful, with an incredible panorama of the city and the mountains. The rooftop bar is definitely worth a visit. We also enjoyed the spa and were pleasantly surprised that it was complimentary for hotel guests. I’m also grateful that we could leave our luggage at the reception both before check-in and after check-out.”

The hotel is at a peaceful area and it's a short drive to both the ski area and downtown innsbruck. Beautiful room and the jacuzzi tub at the balcony facing the alps is the icing on the sugar! The staff is also very helpful, warm and responsive. We felt very welcome.

Perfect lighting (rare, indeed). Very good wi-fi. Bathroom wide and elegant. Special mention to breakfast: exceptional for quality and variety of food, kitchen availability for ready-made eggs on request and, last but not least for a service extremely careful.
