Check in was quick and efficient. Room was ready upon arrival. Room was clean and tidy. I am glad I went for the more unique stay in this restore Victorian mansion than in a standard hotel-gives the guest a taste for the beautiful architecture can be found within the city. Views from the window were great, overlooked the river and the city center. Centrally located and within walking distance to restaurants, shops, museums.

Ideally located in Launceston, Alice's Cottages is set in a historic building and offers air-conditioned rooms with free WiFi and free private parking.

Everything! We really enjoyed all time we stayed in the property. Welcome folder is very useful. We met some problems for check in, but the owners and team staffs resolved it quickly. They always provided a prompt reply. I will recommend Alice’s Cottages to my family & friends.

This was one of the few traditional hotels we stayed at during our 12 days. Well located. Spacious rooms. Breakfasts were huge - and delicious. Short cab ride to The Metz for a great dinner - absolutely recommend

WOWWWW..this was like combination of old heritage homes in Indian village plus Hogwarts in Harry Potter!! Bonus was a windmill in the campus. Excellent rooms, super comfy. Amazing big bathrooms. Ever helpful staff..they guided us so well. hardly 5 block walkable to the downtown Launceston . Hotel is very close to Cataract Gorge "Estuary" which you can walk .

The views of the city and were magnificent. I enjoyed watching the sunset, just sitting on the bed in my room. I left the curtain open as I enjoyed the lights of the city over night. It was definitely very good value. The staff were helpful, gave me the information I required. The hotel is very central, but very quiet.

This 4-star boutique hotel is centrally situated and is just 2 minutes walk from Launceston’s CBD, the Seaport dining area, and Tamar River.

An amazingly spacious 2 bed apartment within the hotel, it had so much space in the lounge and kitchen, large comfy beds, great bathrooms and even a laundry with a dryer! Hotel had a car park underneath for $8 extra, which was very convenient. Location-wise was near the shops and also the harbour area with restaurants.
