Excellent support from the reception office: arrived quite late in the night and check-in was not problem and at check-out I've received great advice wrt. my delayed flight. Plus the dinner suggestion to Hemelhuys was very good. Breakfast was ok. Room and bathroom was very clean.

The owner, Elodie, met us upon arrival and accommodated our special requests. She truly made us feel welcome and a valued client. The hotel was so quaint and inviting, from the period decor to the flowers to the individual butter cups at breakfast. The rooms were very clean and had everything, at no extra cost!

Modern design, temperature, super comfortable beds, location, staff at the reception (a young lady) was very helpful, efficient, professional and nice. Hotel is 24 hours open, very convenient. Well located, plenty of restaurants and bars around. It seems that the hotel restaurant is good because it was full of people but we did not try it. Good value for money.

This luxurious and trendy hotel is located a stone's throw away from the shopping centre K and within walking distance of the Market Square in Kortrijk, opposite the Central Station.
