Very much pleasantly surprised with this hotel, from the welcoming and very helpful staff to the good night's sleep and the lovely breakfast, it surpassed any expectations I may have had. The room was small with an open bathroom, and yet I never felt cramped or bothered by the layout. The room was simply but tastefully decorated, with a clean holiday vibe and a lot of natural light, the bed comfortable and the cleanliness up to par. The toilet in a sort of enclosed space was interesting :) but again for some reason was not bothersome. There is just a lot of thought behind the efficient layout. A very neat and original snack bar, with nice beers, organic snacks, delicious chocolate, and free sparkling/filter water. The breakfast was sufficiently varied and fresh, and the breakfast staff very efficient. The common areas' decor is so clean and cute, cozy and intimate, I really felt the true essence of a boutique hotel. Will definitely return when I travel back to Brussels.

This place was fantastic and paid every attention to detail. The staff were incredibly helpful, even giving us tips on the best way to get to Bruges. They kindly stored our luggage when we arrived early before check-in time. The location is unbeatable—centrally situated with a view overlooking the Christmas market. All was perfect. Location was perfect, and we had a beautiful and romantic room. The restaurant was also good and stylish. No noise at all even the great atmosphere of bars and restaurants outside. The staff was amazing, kind and lovely, they take care of us to feel better than even home! I strongly recommend it for a couple and of course we will repeat our stay at this place when we will return to Brussels!

Definitely THE location for business trips to Brussels (EC, EP etc.), but also a very comfortable place to stay. My room was spacious and clean, nicely equipped. Comfy bed, nice Nespresso coffee-maker, all needed amenities. Good bathroom. It was possible to slightly open window, so fresh air was there as well :) Fantastic breakfast and very decent bar and restaurant in the hotel. Nice staff. And a nice 5 EURO bonus for every day you don't ask for a room cleaning.

Everything was excellent. The location is perfect, just to walk straight towards the street during around 9 minutes. The management and a representative of cleaning service were very polite and helpful. Also they fulfilled my additional request. By the way it was December 24 before Christmas and the administrator was available despite it being a digital hotel. The room was very clean and tidy and it had very comfortable bed and it was warm inside, neither cold nor hot, just what was needed. Thank you!
