The facilities are fantastic and perfect to relax after a day skiing. Late march is low season so you can get the pool for yourself or one or two other people. The shuttle to the gondola is useful, but I enjoyed a 30 min walk every morning to warm up before skiing so we used it only once. I also loved the lemon verbena L’Occitane toiletries.

The Zigen House features a traditional tavern with an open fireplace and en-suite rooms offering views of the Pirin Mountain.

It was one of the best private apartments that we had ever been to. And it's not just to the facility itself, but the whole experience. It's superb. Much much love is put into this place. Great breakfast, don't miss it!

The Djangal is situated in peaceful surroundings next to a mountain creek and on a pedestrian street, 500 metres from the centre of Bansko and 800 metres from the ski lift.

Everything was really nice, friendly people, clean, cozy house, i booked 2roons, but my friends for the second room couldn't come, and i just called them and they were totally cool about it and didn't want to tax me. Close to gondola. Totally recommended place.

All was good, clean, warm house, good hospitality. Sauna is small but it is ok for small company. Restaurant downstairs, good breakfast and variety of local dishes for the dinner. There was local musicinas during dinner time, On the second evening it started being a little annoying

Lovely location and magnificent view from the balcony. The staff were very friendly and helpful, the breakfast was delicious and the bed was nice and comfortable.

The staff was helpful, a lot of quantity on breakfast, nice massage on spa and the view of my room was incredible I could see the mountains with the snow and the beautiful this village !

The hotel was lovely! it was very clean, the beds were comfy, suites were spacious, the breakfast was so nice every morning with loads of different options and the staff were really friendly and helpful. They had a really nice spa area which we tried out on the last day and the location is good too. It’s only about a 5/10 minute walk to the gondola and we stored our skis at the rental shop for 15lev per day so we didn’t have to carry them back to the hotel but there is storage at the hotel too which we used on last day. It’s also right next to all the restaurants or bars for the evening, but it’s still quite at night, so it’s perfect!

Terra Hotel is set at the foot of Pirin Mountain, overlooking the majestic 18 hole golf course and is perfect for a relaxing holiday.

Excellent, the SPA masseuse Kamelia was so kind and positive. The manager Tania, Rosi the receptionist were very kind and positive. I would rate all of them with 10.
