The personnel was very friendly and helpful (from the housekeeping, front desk, concierge, waiters etc). You deserve your 5 stars for this level of Service. The room was super comfortable (I have taken a pic of the pillow to get the brand), with a nice view. The breakfast was excellent with a large choice of fresh products. All this 2 minutes away from Paulista Avenue

The property is very well located, nearby the Av. Paulista. The hotel’s crew are very friendly and professional. The bedroom is spacious and the bed is very comfortable, and the bathroom is very clean with a good shower and good wi-fi connection.
