- the quality time you get in such secluded area is priceless - staff were professional and helpful - the feeling of staying in a island in the heart of Europe - spacious room with comfortable bed - the view for the lake room is incredible - jacuzzi was a beautiful touch - although there are a lot insects mainly mosquitoes outside the premise but inside the room it’s completely clean

My name is Michael Lucas, Tatyana is my wife, we came to the hotel from Miami to celebrate a New Year's Eve 2023. We had an unbelievable time. Nicolas Muller - the hotel's food and beverage manager, organized for the guest's of the hotel a fantastic, high quality New Year's Eve party in the rooftop hotel restaurant overlooking the magnificent lake Neuchatel! Though we did not have a reservation for the New Year's Eve celebration which had all been sold out, he managed to accommodate us as well. Nicolas Muller's professionalism has no limits or boundaries, Nicolas is a detail-oriented high-professional with top skills in hospitality management. He can make people happy even in unpredictable situations. Thank you Nicolas, you made us happy on the New Year's Eve 2023 and you make this hotel a better place and we will by all means come back to your hotel again to experience a high level food and beverage service. The location was fantastic! The room was very comfortable and the bar inside was unique and fun.

The nice B&B HOTEL Lully 3 Lakes is located on a rest area on the A1/E25 motorway in the beautiful Three Lakes region, only 20 minutes away from Berne or Lausanne and 1 hour from Geneva airport.

We love this boutique hotel to pieces. It is not the first time we stayed here and it's definitely not gonna be the last. The staff is super-friendly and helpful. We had a big room overlooking the main pedestrian street. The room was clean, nicely decorated and quiet. The bed was very comfy. We appreciated the coffee and tea facilities in the room. We also appreciated a lot the bar on the ground floor that served very good beer and very good flammkuchen until relatively late. Parking is very easy to find if one follows the hotel instructions. We positively regretted that we only booked one night.

Room was clean, quiet and spacious and the bathroom had been upgraded to modern style fixtures. So, even though the hotel was an older property, the room was well maintained. The hotel had a small elevator, 2 person size. Location was great, located in downtown La Chaux du Fonds and walking distance to the International Museum of Horology, a shopping mall and restaurants. Hotel even had a small parking lot if you are driving.
