Wonderful accommodation! The staff were so kind and helpful. The afternoon tea time was an absolute highlight – with fresh local fruits, tasty snacks, and incredible tea! Everything was spotless, and the place had a beautiful traditional charm. We also really enjoyed the classic breakfast buffet with delicious chinese dishes.

The classes were amazing! The dumpling making class was definitely worth it and the shadow puppet show was beautiful. We also arrived late at night when no food was open and Jerry very kindly made us food. Location was also incredible - the nearby lake was busy with lots of food options and the old style buildings were beautiful. Amazing experience and will definitely stay next time I’m in Beijing

Incredible setting with both the exterior and interior designed to perfection. The rooms are spacious, beautifully decorated, and fitted with top-quality amenities. The artwork displayed throughout the hotel adds a refined touch, making the whole experience truly special. Service is outstanding—especially the daytime receptionist, Bi8bo, who was exceptionally helpful. Housekeeping is impeccable, keeping everything spotless. IT is great when I had issue with VPN. Without a doubt, this is a true 5-star hotel and one of the best I’ve stayed in.
