Staff can communicate in English. Robot Coffee did not work with my payment method and the Staff helped me with a free black coffee. The hotel is conveniently located near the train stations especially the Express Train to Hong Kong. Super like the extra large bed.

It is the best as well as the tallest hotel I have ever stayed at. I had a large room on 86th floor with a wonderful view. The feeling of staying high up on 86th floor was just fantastic!

The staff is very kind and always ready to help in everything you need. The room is big, bathroom, kitchen and living area are comfortable and cosy, The location is next to Sea World and not so far from Happy Harbour.
