The hotel was very clean and elegant, and situated close both to the beach and the center. The staff were all very helpful and friendly, with some even taking the time to remember my room number and nationality. One of the bartenders, who is also Bulgarian, even came to say hi, which was very nice. Other staff members also helped me carry my luggage to the room, and then to the taxi to the airport. The hotel offered breakfast, lunch, and dinner, and each started on the dot. The food was so varied, filling, and delicious. I especially liked how they included local dishes, too. My room was spacious and clean, and my balcony did indeed overlook the sea. I had two sets of chairs: inside and outside on the balcony. I also had a big TV, a bathrobe, and slippers. There was room service with a lot of choices. I really liked that the hotel was environmentally-minded, as they encouraged us to reuse towels and soaps. There were several pools that were cleaned every day, a wet bar, an outside bar, and an inside one. There were also many spa services offered, which I, however, did not try out. I guess that gives me a reason to go back to this wonderful hotel!

Everything was excellent during my stay at the hotel. Hotel is located in the quiet area, a bit far from the center of Aya Napa (10-15 min by walking distance), which is really good. Nice beach is very close to the hotel. You can reach the Love bridge within 10 min just walking along the coast. The breakfast was good enough, not that much variety of food, but everything was tasty. There is a nice restaurant also at the hotel. The hotel is newly renovated, has a modern design, especially I liked the lobby:) The staff was very kind and attentive. I highly recommend this place for staying in Aya Napa.

amazing location, very comfortable apartment, everything is thought of. wifi works very well, the rooms are big and clean, u can find everything you need in the kitchen and the air conditioning works just fine. the bathroom is also very clean. dino was very welcoming, warm, helpful and available all the time :) .

Very luxurious hotel resort, in the heart of Ayia Napa, that has its strenght in the pool, the food, and the very reactive and supportive staff. We stayed for 10 nights, and this is definitely on a different level compared to regular hotels, which are usually all the same, while this one is designed to be like a small oasis. The "all inclusive" is not like what you normally would expect, since it has FANTASTIC a la carte dinners at all the 3 restaurants facing the main street, which are some of the best in town, plus the a la carte restaurant by the pool for lunch and dinner. If you are not an all inclusive person because you like trying different restaurants, I recommend having the all inclusive at least for a few days; it would be a memorable experience. It is totally worth the extra cost. It's not by the see like some other resorts, but you want anyway to drive around and explore the many beaches the area offers. The staff is super professional and friendly at the same time, creating the perfect atmosphere to enjoy your stay. Andry's team at the reception is capable of supporting you with any sort of request. Either you want to relax or have a lot of fun, this is the right place. Next time we go to Ayia Napa, we'll go there again for sure.
