Part of the hotel has undergone a facelift and now offers a brand new, fresh, aesthetic and modern blue design, was really happy with the room and the surroundings. The hotel's restaurants, breakfast and cocktail bar were all phenomenal with great ambience, service and wonderful eats and drinks. The spa was a nice experience, though the I kind of expected the water to be warmer. The hotel's location is perfect for exploring Karlovy Vary on foot. It really lives up to its reputation and one can indeed experience how it felt like to stay in a historic grand hotel during the times of the Monarchy. I wish to move in when I retire. :)

River view from the windows ; wellnes slippers, bathrobe in the room. Wellnes was very good. The cafe was very delicious. In the restaurant the foods were tasty. Perfect location.

The staff at reception when we arrived were super helpful and friendly. When we raised a concern about the size of the bath in our room, the receptionist gave us the keys to 3 rooms so that we could choose the one that suited us best. Every request was no trouble for the staff who were friendly and helpful at all times. The location is superb, very central and with a great view of the park from our room. All in all we were very satisfied indeed.

The space is very spacious, and the living room and kitchen provided all the necessary amenities. We had a very comfortable two-night stay. The location is also excellent, with a convenient parking lot right across the street (a maximum of 300kr per day, and free after 7 PM, which is a reasonable price). It's also within walking distance to the hot springs road.
