I loved that the rooms are already renovated! (please update photos on booking.com so people see how great is the new design!) Staff was very understanding and patient while I was choosing the room that I like most. They also were ready to provide more coffee (I was at Executive queen room with minibar and coffee machine included) The room was really quiet and I loved the design, bathroom, furniture and how soft were the blankets. Breakfast was also amazing in choice and quality of food offered! Thank you very much it was an amazing stay for me.

The room was spacious and quiet even though it was facing the main road. There's a lot of space in the bathroom too. The spa area was alright. The food in the restaurant was a bit pricey but delicious. Staffs were friendly. Parking was easy.

Super friendly staff, very nice and delicious breakfast, sauna and gym ... everything was just great (as always - this was my fourths stay in the hotel and plan to book it anytime when visiting Walldorf).

These modern apartments in Karlsruhe enjoy a great central location and excellent public transport links, just a short walk away from the Schloß Karlsruhe palace and the Stadtgarten park.

We are very pleased with everything that was in this hotel! Completely new, high-quality renovation with taste. Thanks to the private kitchen with all the necessary appliances and kitchen utensils, and a supermarket just 50 meters from the hotel, you can live in this room like at home - cook and eat what you're used to! The hotel is located 5 minutes from the center and 30 minutes walk from the train station, which makes it very convenient. The windows of our room faced the courtyard, and it was so quiet and cozy that we could even open the windows to have fresh air.

It was a good time when I was staying in Zi Hotel. Staff were polite with smile, room was clean and quiet. The hotel is close to the city center and easy to go to the train station by tram. I would be glad to stay here again if I would come to Karlsruhe again.

Had to stay over for one night as did a small car tour and found this hotel online with a good deal for breakfast and free parking. It doesn't look wow from outside but we were very happy with the accommodation and services. Rooms are good size, very clean and beds very comfortable. Staff was very helpful and very nice. Breakfast was very good and loads of options to chose from. Very very happy with our choice and very good value for money. Also there's a McDonald's just 2 minutes away and an amazing Greek restaurant about 10 min.walk.
