We got upgraded to a very nice room. Very spacious and perfect location. There was an error on my invoice that I only realized when I got home. I contacted the hotel and they credited me for the overcharge immediately. Great service. This will be our go-to hotel if we need to stay in the center of Munich.

We only stayed one night at Hotel Bayer's, but it was a great experience. The hotel is located directly across from Munich's main train station, making it incredibly convenient, especially for easy access to the airport. It's also just a 15-minute walk to the Old Town, which was perfect for a short visit. The room was spacious, clean, modern, and very quiet, ideal for a restful night after a day of travel. Also every hotel staff we interacted with was super friendly and kind, which made our brief stay even more enjoyable.
