Location was perfect for the Christmas Market and train station which were just a couple of minutes walk from the hotel. Staff very friendly and helpful , breakfast was busy so I was told I could wait in the bar which was fine even brought me and my friend a cup of tea while we waited. Wasn't long wait and breakfast was excellent.

The location is nice - the easy way to subway to the airport, short way to the train station, and direct pathway to the old city. The room is clean, though smaller than expected. My son liked the Double Decker bed. The breakfast is OK for this type of hotels and price. The staff is friendly and helpful.

Staff was really kind, helpful and professional = 5 star. Hotel is well located just outside the city walls + walking distance. We got parking at the hotel (fee is ok). Very clean rooms and super comfy.
