We were accommodated in 'Landhaus' which is a very spacious room that was well designed with a huge comfortable bed and large en-suite bathroom. Although we didn't have breakfast, we did have our evening meals in the restaurant. The meals were excellent and reasonably priced. As part of the tourist tax we were given tickets for free travel on the local trains and busses. We caught the train from the local station (5 to 10 min walk) into Freiburg for the day - quick, easy and free! There is a honesty fridge in the common area with wine and soft drinks, a great idea. We had a great two night stay and would not hesitate in coming back!

Service - the staff was extraordinarily attentive. An added bonus: the hotel has local+regional public transportation passes that guests can use during their stay.

Location was near the train station which was good for walking there, but far enough and a safe neighborhood so it was quite. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Very comfy Hotel located right across a tram station that Leds you to the city center . It is great to have the complimentary pass for the area . We used the train to go to lake titisse as well.

Everything. The family room was big enough for me and my husband and our two small children. The staffs were also helpful. Breakfast was also good.
