Yes I absolutely loved the pentahotel. I give it a 5. The stuff was friendly the food from the restaurant and breakfast was excellent and reasonably priced. The bar and down stairs lounge areas provided a great relaxing environment. The room was spacious and very clean upon arrival and kept clean during my stay. I will definitely be returning and make this my top choice of hotels when I visit. The best part was the location as it was not far from any stores or restaurants

Very friendly staffs, variety in the breakfast buffet & nice atmosphere, in room: comfortable bed and pillows, sparkling clean, refrigerator, water kettle for making tea, good amenities, generous toiletries, working desk, enough wall plugs, lovely style of honeymoon suite with terrace. Elevator. Quite corners outdoor are available, of which are connected yet private. Parking space is available at other building (with charge). Good value for money. Good location.

I would like to give our special thanks to the receptionist Roy Blackwin (Mercure City Wiesbaden). We arrived after having car problems. Roy took real care of us and made us feel home, since we were destined to stay longer. In no time, Roy knew our names. Also, even, after checkout, Roy gave our 3 children towels and a card, so they were able to swim the whole day while we were waiting for a replacement car. The breakfast was excellent. Your staff took the effort to make up a table for us, outside. Also the lobby was nice and welcome. Thank you so much, Floor Onland.

The property was amazing looking inside and out! Service was great and available if i needed it. We rented out the Deluxe Suite with a kitchen. It was clean and quiet and had a beautiful view from the balcony. The window views from both upstairs and downstairs were wonderful. The driveway was lit with lights and was easy to see steps up to the patio/ hangout spot. The steps led to a wonderful hike as well. Pet friendly . We fell in love with the property. I recommend it to anyone! 100% wonderful experience!!
