Excellent. Very good service everywhere. Mr. Keorolos gave us top service every day at the restaurant!! Very nice saff i all restaurants and by the pool and on the Beach.

We arrived at the hotel before 5 a.m., distressed from the fact that our luggage had not arrived on our Turkish Airlines flight, with the only hope being that it may arrive exactly only 24 hours later. Perhaps some context here will be helpful. Turkish airlines had canceled our initial connecting flights, and we had to endure a minimum of 18.5 hrs layover, which included a full day tour of Istanbul. We had, of course, not banked on our luggage being delayed, so we freshened up after our first leg of the journey from Johannesburg to Istanbul prior to the day tour preceedingbour connecting flight to Sharm. So naturally, the idea of having technically traveled for almost 36 hrs and to have our luggage delayed by a minimum of another 24 hrs was traumatic, and that trauma was visible to the staff of Charmillion Club. Armia on duty that evening sensed our ordeal and without making an issue of that fact that we are 9 hrs early for check-in asked us to relax at the bar area with coffees etc and as soon as rooms become available he will check us in. We were well looked after by Mohammed in the bar area, who also provided us with breakfast, etc. The most important thing was that it looked like they cared for our plight and went out of their way to make us feel welcome despite our luggage challenges. This same treatment was extended to us by Peter, who took over the check-in process and went on to elevate us to VIP status, and throughout our 6 days, he doubled up as our peronal concierge. This we have never experienced in our many years of travel. Every single morning, Morsheed would approach us in the breakfast room to enquire if we are happy with the meals, etc, and would try his best to give us a personalised experience in a buffet setup. This was also further extended to the ala carte dinners on offer. Tamara in guest relations also extended her expertise beyond the basic requirements of her position.

I would like to extend my heartfelt gratitude to Mr. Mohammed and Ali at the reception for their exceptional hospitality. Additionally, I appreciate the housekeeping staff for their diligent efforts in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of my room. The culinary offerings and dining experiences were delightful ( Moroccan cuisine ), contributing to a truly remarkable stay at the Pickalbatros Laguna Vista Hotel. I highly recommend this resort for anyone seeking a memorable getaway.

It was quality throughout. There was no need to leave with restaurants and facilities and beaches and the staff . Of all… the staff across all areas from house to pool to car , reception to beach were amazing including those who came to fix the Chucussi

The quality of the food highest quality, beverages all quantitative and qualitative I can't get enough of it extraordinary customer service, safety and safety and safety for my family's members. Very professional Staff, fast check in, excellent transfer to my room and everything was explained to me about the facilities. No problem with using English. Beautiful Hotel, very well maintained garden and buildings. 3 pools, very nice pools! Very friendly and smiling Staff everywhere- on the beach, in the bars, cleaners, etc. Breakfast was a separate story to tell. Big, beautiful hall, very professional Staff in the kitchen and on the floor. Amazing variety of foods....fresh juices,, sauces, spices....One of the favorite parts of the day! A few different restaurants to eat in and great dishes are served there. Very good service. Beautiful coral l reef and lots to see. Special thank you to the beach manager Reda - kind, caring, knowledgeable person. And a big thank you to all people who work so hard and welcome tourists so warmly 😁
