The place was very nice and quiet. The room was very good, clean and comfortable. The food was amazing, they had lots of gluten free options (like gluten free bread). The staff was lovely and really nice.

The outside box with fireplace was our favourite place, the staff was super nice, great breakfast, overall a quiet and comfy place. The restaurant was a nice surprise.

A brilliant location in the heart of the town just 200 mtrs from the palace and 100 MTRS from secure car parking. The room was spacious with Lovely interesting view all topped off by a wonderful jacuzzi spa bath.

Room was very comfortable with nice towels and a shower. We were walking distance from the famous El Escorial Monastery. The Hotel also has a good Restaurant, and we were walking distance from most Restaurants in the old city. (We would have loved a kettle in the room to be able to have an early morning coffee !!) Parking was outside the Hotels premises in the street, but we found parking very easily.
