I loved the location of the property, the view at the terrace is unbeatable. Staff really nice and always helping out. I would definitely stay there again, the rooms are bigger than expected and there's a lot of restaurants, pharmacies around the hotel.

The hotel was spotlessly clean, with incredibly friendly and helpful staff. It’s located right in the heart of Madrid, with everything with a walking distance. The gym is excellent and open 24/7. I also loved the rooftop bar with amazing views, and breakfast was simply perfect-always fresh and delicious. Highly recommended!

It's close to a metro station, so you can get downtown fast. If you're up for a walk, it's also not far from Plaza de España. Our room was clean and spacious, the people working in the reception area are awesome, and they helped us plan some activities. The rooftop is great too, with a pool and bar to chill. I'd stay here again.

The hotel has been recently renovated and we got one of the new rooms, we booked one of the rooms with a balcony which was facing the main street. The cleaning staff were very good in cleaning the room. The location is next to the one of the main train stations, plus there are many cafes and restaurants at the rail station. There is a supermarket extbto the hotel.

    Perfect cleanness. Extremely friendly, attentive, courteous staff. The air conditioner worked well in the room. Very convenient design of windows and shutters. We could get a good sleep in the morning. I didn’t find the numbers of receptionist for booking coffee in the room. So I had to go down to the restaurant. But breakfast was prepared instantly! The staff in the restaurant is very nice, thank you!
