I really enjoyed everything about the hotel. The location was great but you need to know taxis can only drop you off at the nearest place possibly then you’ll have to get to the hotel on foot.

Everything, the building is nice and very clean, room was spacious, bed very comfy, huge TV. Staff is very helpful and kind. Location is perfect, everything is close and lot of good restaurants nearby, we loved our stay there.

The rooftop bar overlooking Seville was amazing and the location in the old town, near the market and with a bus stop on the door step made it really easy to get to whereever you'd like. There was also a lovely walk along the river right beneath.

Excellent Location, you are facing the Cathedral, can't ask for better view. For a family or a group of 4x, was perfect, with kitchen facilities, and amenities in the bathroom.The Host /the Team of Puerta Cathedral has an excellent Guest RelationService, they assisted us step by step, get the virtual key of the apartment, guided us to the right appartment etc. With WhatsApp messages was very convenient .They added extra ( last minute request) bedsheets and towels for our comfort. And the roofterrace was ideal corner to relax.Thank you.

Incredible location! It is literally a stone's throw away from the Alcazar and about 100 yards away from the Cathedral. The suite was incredibly clean and spacious, and the rooftop deck offered fantastic views of the Alcazar and Cathedral. Highly recommend!

The front-of-house staff at CoolRooms Palacio Villapanés were exceptional in their friendliness, courtesy and assistance during our stay. They made themselves readily available to assist and responded to requests promptly and efficiently. I was travelling with an elderly relative and - where there are a short series of steps inside the front entrance - to avoid those steps, they offered to escort us to a rear door onto a side street to take taxis which they had summoned for us. The furnishings and fixtures in rooms are of a very high standard and everything worked well.
