Silken Ciudad de Vitoria is situated SW of the city centre and old town, very close to the 'new' Cathedral. It is a comfortable walk to the city centre, which we found to be very lively. Car parking was reasonably convenient to the hotel. The hotel is vey modern, catering to both leisure and business clientele, and our room was large, modern, well appointed, and very comfortable. Breakfast was good as well. Despite being a large hotel, the staff were all very friendly and helpful.

The beds were soooooo comfortable!!!! The room was amazing! The babycot so fun and colorful with also a little bag with amenities for our kid, a little hairbrush, a duck sponge, toothbrush/paste, shampoo and washing gel. I thought it was so thoughtful! Very modern room, we had a suite. It was so beautiful. Breakfast was really fresh, with fresh orange juice! I would definitely recommend it! And private parking next to hotel, very safe.

A lovely room with a bathroom that was massive. We had room #1, which had a lovely little enclosed balcony area off to the side. Beautiful views from both the bathroom and the enclosed balcony. The bed was extremely comfortable, with high-quality bedding and towels. We loved the communal living room/kitchen area, where there was fresh fruit, cake, and soft drinks left for guests. Lots of magazines and books to read, including those about the city and the area. We will definitely stay here again.
