We liked everything. Our room was cosy; it was the first time when I felt at home in a hotel. I tried SPA treatments, and they were on a good level, too. The staff was polite, friendly, and helpful. We came right after Christmas, and the hotel was beautifully decorated. So many things have been included, which is what to be expected from a 5-star hotel: shower cap, soft bath robes and slippers, bath salts, nice capsule coffee machine (we didn't use though). The breakfast was very nice with good selection and food quality. I particularly liked old-styled porridge with dry fruits (I didn't try such before, but I'm pretty sure it's how it tasted when the hotel was founded 137 years ago) and that tasty cappuccino was included into the price.

Holiday Inn Helsinki West team is best, because they meet us with warm welcome, stayed quite helpful whatever questions we had (regarding location of markets where we can buy deer meet, museums and explained how to use HSL HRT app). Especially Oona, Hanna and Sushil. Our stay in this hotel became delightful:) Location is also close to public transport (metro). Food is also delicious. We had dinner at their restaurant, the taste of dinner was to die for
