Emilienne, en reception was very kind and extremely professional Always with a smile and ready to help Explained absolutely all the services the hotel offered and helped me when I asked her. Her male colleague ( do t remember his name) was very kind as well assisting me with my last needs before checking out. The room is lovely The neighbourhood as well I highly recommend it and will definitely be back.

Cute and quaint, decor has a French provincial feel to it and the location was perfect especially for first timers in Paris and the area felt very safe at all hours which wasn’t the case for some other areas at night. I cannot speak highly enough of the staff, they were so warm, friendly, accomodating, the rooms were immaculate and cleaned daily with fresh linens and towels etc. They will book your tours and even restaurant bookings again so accomodating. When we come back again it will definitely be to here!

Throughout our stay, Nicolas went above and beyond in every way — offering local recommendations that only someone who truly knows and loves the area could give, checking in on us with genuine care, and always making time for a warm smile or thoughtful conversation. It felt less like we were guests at a hotel, and more like we were staying with family. The hotel itself is beautiful, full of character and comfort, with thoughtful touches everywhere.
