We had the most lovely stay at Hotel De L'Atelier. We stayed for two nights, and wished that we stayed longer. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. I will highly recommend anyone to stay here. The hotel is so centrally located in the most authentic Tuscan building - yet with all the modern amenities. The breakfast served each morning were a delight.

The rooms are around a lovely courtyard garden presumably the cloisters in the old monastery. The room was very nice the breakfasts great and the owners very helpful. If you want a treat I would recommend. Not cheap but well worth the money if you want a special time in Avignon

To our surprise, the hotel was rated 2 stars, but we rated it at least 4 stars! Very nice view from the top floor and excellent breakfast with the friendly owner! Old town is a hop away and free street parking is safe.
