The whole place is just delightful - food, rooms, staff. I loved everything about it and was sad that I only stayed for one night! I hope to come back.

Excellent service with a lovely staff, very close from the highway and to visit Stonehenge and other places in the region. Very good buffet to have breakfast. The room was very quiet and good size. Tea and coffee in the room.

Lovely location - total surprise and room was wonderful. Large gardens etc but expect wedding activity on weekend (did not et in our way) . Staff amazing. Called us when we left something so we could go collect.

Lovely quiet retreat with beautiful grounds and wonderful Spa facilities. Evening meal was delicious and staff were very friendly and helpful Local to places of interest.

This unique 18th-century inn is situated between Winchester Cathedral and the college, tucked away in the quietest corner of the city. The city-centre is a 5-minute walk away.

Location. History and quirkiness Great service. It looked eclectic with lots of antiques and artefacts everywhere but was actually furnished very thoughtfully and was extremely comfortable. We ate there too and food was excellent.
