Beautiful hotel in a rural setting. The room was large and spacious and well laid out with small touches like slippers and robes. The bed was really comfortable. The staff were polite and very helpful. Food was excellent and restaurant staff couldn't do enough for us . The grounds around the hotel were beautiful.

We loved Elvetham. It was an awesome experience to rest in a 16th century building. We didn't expect such a great garden, so it surprised us. Our son liked cricket field. The building has lots of art pieces and has a huge library.

A very nice hotel. The Pool was bigger and nicer than we expected and breakfast was also perfect. The staff is friendly and helpful, the restaurant/bar was excellent and the parking place was perfect! We would definetely stay there again!

Bed firmness is perfect. Rooms are large compared to most hotels/motels we have been at for comparable price. Lots of games in at the lobby area, like shuffle board, ping pong. Location is in town center near market squares, malls, streets full of interesting restaurants, specialty shops. It is near fascinating places west of London that you can visit by train or bus without having to stay at much higher priced hotels there because of the popularity of those places.

Just 26 minutes by train into London and a 3-minute drive from Reading centre, Hilton Reading offers air-conditioned rooms, chargeable on-site parking and an indoor swimming pool.
