This hotel is exceptional. I'd like to mention Simon, Rose and Loretta (who when seating us seemed genuinely interested in our comfort and happiness!) in the restaurant. There was also an Italian man (who has lived in Wales for years) who was very helpful and accommodating at dinner. In the spa Linda (another Italian) was really friendly and did a fabulous massage. Bria did a wonderful job making up our room everyday. We would like to thank them all for making our trip to Cardiff so memorable. Apparently the Manager is Mr Parry. I didn't meet him but I think he must be, at the very least, :) a fair person to work for when the staff members are as nice as they were and the general feeling is one of aimable coherence!

This refurbished inn has a modern style, a range of Real Ales and classic pub food. It is in Llandaff village, on the north-western edge of Cardiff.

The location of the hotel was good with a good selection of pubs and cafes in walking distance. Easy to get into the city by taxi or bus and only took 10 minutes. The hotel was clean throughout, and the room was a good size and spotless. A number of breakfast options were available, and the portion sizes were generous. I will definitely be staying here again in the future.

0.5 miles from the Cardiff International Arena, this Novotel has an indoor swimming pool, a gym and restaurant. Shops, nightlife and Cardiff Central Rail Station are all 10 minutes’ walk away.

Very kind and helpful staff I would to highlight Oksana and Firuza!! Really close to the city centre 10 min walk. The breakfast was very delicious and well prepared.

Very friendly and helpful staff lovely bedroom and very comfortable beds. Perfect location and the breakfast was lovely. We also ate in the bar when we arrived and the food was delicious.
