Staff were very accommodating and helpful. Overall experience was very nice. Breakfast was good and filling. View from the restaurant was very nice. Good location, directly opposite the lake and next to some arcade game centre.

I came in sick with a cold, and had a coughing problem. The staff though were very helpfull and made sure I had my dinner and breakfast as roomservice to no extra costs. They asked me if they had to contact a doctor for me and were very helpful. They kept the room tidy and were very friendly. When I left the second day I was able to order a packed lunch, I was very happy and was able to feel comfortable even though I was having a nasty cold.

The location is in the center and close to a train station and it helped us get around to other cities as well. The hotel itself is of a high standard. The staff is always pleasant and caring. I forgot a coat and chargers and they helped me make a delivery and it saved me a lot of money. I was happy to have someone to trust, I will certainly recommend him to my friends.
