The room was amazing. It was big, clean, and had ample charging points. Also, hair dryer was provided. The staff went out of their comfort zone to fulfill a request that we had made. Also, they allowed us to keep our baggage at the hotel storage room on the day of check-out as our flight was a bit late in the evening. 10 on 10 for the hotel.

Love the large beer garden. The room was nice with a large bathroom (we had an accessible room, which we don't require but it was nice!). Very comfy bed and nice breakfast. Free parking and we got 2 complimentary drinks vouchers on arrival. It's fantastic value for money, we will definitely be visiting again when in London!
