Outstanding customer service. Sam, Harry and Mark you are simply the best. Great help with bus and trains to go to London. On our check out day, we had some leftover from a restaurant the night before. They prepared everything, heated the dishes, gave us everything we needed to eat and we are grateful. The room was amazing and much bigger than I expected. Very clean and comfy. I was there for a concert in the area and it was perfect, literally next to the Ovo Wembley Arena. Also the Wembley Park area was very nice, if you're in London for a concert I would totally recommend it.

We loved the idea that the staff put on 2 urns on Friday afternoon so we could enjoy coffee and tea on Saturday. Coffee tea and biscuits were available at any time during the day during the week. The staff at the front office were very helpful with directions bus numbers etc. The room was beautiful decorated and the bathrooms were very clean.
