Lovely quirky room, clean and with all facilities needed. The location in Kemptown is very calm compared to central Brighton but you are close to Kemptown shops, cafes, off licence, mini supermarket and pub. It's only a short walk down to the Pavillion or Pier. The owner Tony was very helpful. I would definitely stay again and recommend to friends!

The location was great! Staff was helpful and nice. The room was comfortable, nicely decorated, and clean, and so was the shared shower, and the price was very fair. If I'm back in Brighton I will definitely come back here

Love the position, town centre but very quiet at night, lovely view on the Pier. The room was little but perfectly organized.

Great staff. Great location. I didn't have toilet in the room but had my own just for me 2 floors down. Despite very small room there was a shower. I stayed 2 nights and it was nicely cleaned when I was out.
