The room was amazing and much bigger than I expected. Very clean and comfy. I was there for a concert in the area and it was perfect, literally next to the Ovo Wembley Arena. Also the Wembley Park area was very nice, if you're in London for a concert I would totally recommend it.

Outstanding customer service. Sam, Harry and Mark you are simply the best. Great help with bus and trains to go to London. On our check out day, we had some leftover from a restaurant the night before. They prepared everything, heated the dishes, gave us everything we needed to eat and we are grateful. Staff were really pleasant and helpful, I was travelling with dogs and was given a ground floor room next to gardens was perfect.
