The staff were wonderful, nothing was too much trouble , Jo on reception was warm and welcoming and went the extra mile to help . Had a wonderful 3 day rest up with great food , wine and ambience. Perfectly situated for us before our long haul flight back to NZ .

Love the large beer garden. The room was nice with a large bathroom (we had an accessible room, which we don't require but it was nice!). Very comfy bed and nice breakfast. Free parking and we got 2 complimentary drinks vouchers on arrival. It's fantastic value for money, we will definitely be visiting again when in London!
