Location. History and quirkiness Great service. It looked eclectic with lots of antiques and artefacts everywhere but was actually furnished very thoughtfully and was extremely comfortable. We ate there too and food was excellent.

A charming, cosy English pub, serving locally sourced produce on its modern British menu, and a selection of ales, fine wines, and seasonal cocktails in the bar.
