The staff were incredibly helpful. They gave us good advice and arranged transfers. A quiet comfortable room in a safe area close to a huge shopping mall with food hall. The rooftop cafe was a perfect retreat in which to relax after a flight. A perfect stopover in the city.

San Rafael is one of the most beautiful properties I have had the pleasure of staying at. The property is stunning in itself and kept so beautifully. The bed was luxurious and comfortable. The a la carte breakfast menu is an amazing touch and served in the beautiful open garden space is even more perfect.

Our stay was absolutely wonderful, from the moment we arrived to the moment we left. The property is gorgeous and just walking around the fragrant gardens was a joy in itself. We stayed in a very large room, with a nice shower (good temperature and pressure) and a wonderful bed. Breakfast is amazing as well, with a lot of choices. We didn’t have dinner at the property but we did have drinks on the roof, which is recommended! The jacuzzi looked inviting and the whole property, including the room, was very quiet. The main highlight was the friendliness of the staff. We will definitely come back if we ever return to Antigua.
