I was attending a wedding at the hotel over the weekend. It was wonderful from start to finish. Everything was well organised and I checked into my room quickly with no delays. The food, the venue, everything was great. The staff exceeded all expectations. I misplaced something during the night and Brian who was overseeing the event went above and beyond to help me. Wow what a place. Super helpful upon check-in, we had been delayed by storms in London and they made sure our process was speedy, called the restaurant we had booked ahead of our reservation to warn them we may be a little late, and sorted our taxi ahead of time. We made my wife’s birthday dinner and it was all down to Hayfields staff. Our suite was immaculate, the breakfast was delicious. We would stay nowhere else when repeat visiting Cork as we do. Thank you
