I always love this hotel. It’s wonderfully located and comfortable. Maybe it could have been a little cleaner this time but it was still lovely. Food was great and friendly staff. Very helpful. Will be back again. This is my home away from home.

The woman at the main desk identified our speaking french and ask us if we wanted our service in english or french (it happens she was a french speaker herself), which is very professional and considerate. We ordered room service, and the service was fast and the food delicious. The security guard at the entrance was polite and helpful, since the way to get to the main desk can be a little confusing. At our request, they ordered a taxi for the next morning so we could get to the airport in time. Great stay, even for one night. Thank you!

    I loved this hotel, it is so cozy and friendly and the location is perfect for heading into the city, Dundrum shopping centre or just relaxing in the lovely bar, dining areas and conservatory. The staff were so friendly, service nice, gorgeous fire in the evening time.
