The hotel is well appointed. Upon arrival Katya at front reception accomodated my request for a quiet room with a queen bed and a bathtub. She was professional and friendly. Upon entering the room I was quite pleased that the room was well appointed with all the necessary amenities such as TV, fridge, safe, chair and coffee table. The bathroom was quite large with a,walk-in bathtub with more than enough towels, toiletries etc. There was some chocolates, plenty of cartridges for the coffee maker. The room actually had slippers as well as bathrobes. I had a very restful sleep. In the morning I was greeted by Suhair who with a broad smile gave me my voucher for the breakfast which was served in a nearby establishment. The breakfast was very hearty and I took back to the hotel what I couldn't finish and ate for lunch. I interacted with a number of staff all who were friendly, helpful and professional including Iman, Marah, Dalia ( spelling) The lobby was very nice and had complimentary coffee etc.

In the heart of Jerusalem, the YMCA Three Arches Hotel probably has the best location in town. Opposite the famous King David Hotel, it is a 10-minute walk from the Old City.

We had a very pleasant stay. Our room was comfortable, the décor is beautiful, staff very friendly. Easy check-in. Nice breakfast and lovely happy hour. The location is amazing - right in the center of everything, still it is quite and relaxed inside.
