I stayed two times within one week at the Hyatt Centric and it was two times a fantastic experience. Especially, the reception staff is very helpful and goes the extra mile to attend to the customers and solve potential problems. For instance, I want to thank especially, Sohel, for taking care of my lost item and sending it to me! but I also had a great experience at the Spa (a very friendly manager!) and breakfast (so many local options!)

One of my best hotel stays. The location is fabulous and hotel courtesy is what one has come to expect from Taj I.e. exceptional.
