The staff was great, very warm and welcoming. Definitely will pick a Hyatt centric in other locations. the property was very clean, and clam. The room was good and so were the lobbies.

Amongst five-star hotels, this is one of the best. The facilities and rooms are excellent, but what makes this hotel exceptional is the attentive and friendly staff. You never have to queue or wait for anything; the team is always keen to help.

4-star Sonnet Hotel is a 2-minute walk from Salt Lake City Center Mall. It provides excellent facilities like a pool, several F&B options and well-equipped rooms with flat-screen TV.

I am a global traveler of over 25 years The Sonnet may not display grandiosity of some properties but it is an incredibly comfortable hotel. The staff at all levels including housekeeping ( exceeded my expectations in the quality and customer service, my thanks to Shankar), and restaurant are the most helpful, gracious and thoughtful. The entire hotel is extremely clean and the rooms very comfortable. At the end, this was a home away from home for me. I highly recommend this hotel based on the quality of the staff ( which is a testament to managements vision of delivery of hospitality), location, food quality and cleanliness. Most of all the professionalism of the staff.
