SingaporeI forgot to bring my sandals and couldn't go on the walks. The manager saw this and got one of the staff to buy me a pair from the City. I received it within a day of my stay. I forgot the name of the manager but she was very observant and caring.
All the staff are constantly on the move checking if the residents are comfortable. We really appreciated that.
