IMPORTANT: we made a mistake, we parked at the parking spots in the "passagio" thinking this is part of the hotel, but it wasn't and 2 windows of our car were broken and our stuff was stolen from thw car. The hotel's personnel was so empathic and kind to us that it helped a lot to overcome the problems related to that. Thank you very much, guys!!!

80euros for a night in February (Sunday) was an incredible value. Other nights could have been up to 140e. Clean, warm room with a nice view (4th floor) Hotel was looking great Breakfast offers many choices There is also a barista that makes coffee and was one of the best espresso's I had in Italy.

Our stay at this hotel was just wonderful! From the first day we felt a warm welcome - the staff is very friendly and attentive. They often left us compliments and gave us lots of advice on where to go to get the most out of our vacation. It was a nice bonus that we were even offered aperol and beer as a gift - such little things create a special atmosphere. Special thanks to Francesco at the bar - very nice and friendly, always in a good mood. And also many thanks to Jenna at the reception - sincere, attentive and always ready to help! We will definitely come back here again and recommend it to everyone!

Excellently located in city center. Nice room. Good breakfast with fresh fruit and good cafe. Free first drink at 1830 hrs. Free minibar with fruit juices and water. Each day fresh towels and linnen. Friendly and helpfull personnel. Serena really helped out professional and friendly to get prebooked train tickets to Bergamo. Really 4 star rather than 3!

Wow! The service was so good! Everyone was so friendly and nice! We stayed at Spadari for 3 nights and they upgraded our room upon check in which was amazing! The room was so spacious and comfortable, there were free drinks in the mini bar! The room service was so fast and the staff were super friendly! Breakfast had a small variety but was done to perfection! Location was perfect! Just a minutes walk to the Duomo and all shopping malls and restaurants. Will only stay here the next time we come to Milan
