Very nice staff, and a nice breakfast area. The breakfast was very good, and had hand-made coffee as well as delicious mozzarella every morning. The staff remembered our coffee order and got it ready for us as soon as they saw us come down.

We loved this place! Wonderful location, hands down one of the best areas in Naples. The building itself was stunning and so were the surroundings. The director, Max, was the best host - so welcoming and outgoing. Will definitely be coming back

The hotel is located a short footwalk from the train station in San Giorgio a Cremano, a peripheral city close to Neaples. With the train you get quite fast to the city. The area around the hotel is calm and good. The hotel owners do not speak much English, but are friendly and well carring. The rooms are clean and spacious. Beds were comfortable, air condition is working well and is clean. The bathroom looks quite new and has all necessary facilities. Every day a cleaning lady is cleaning the room. Due to architectural circumstances of the historical building the hotel is divided into two houses. The breakfast room and the owners live/work in a separate building. The breakfast was amazing, every day frehsly prepared, a tasty buffet from 8-10am. tea and coffee are served. The great thing on the breakfast is, that it can be eaten outside in the beautiful private garden of the house. We really enjoyed our stay and especially the breakfasts (extra costs of 5 Euro per person, per night). When I would visit Neaples again, I would stay there another time of course.

Excellent location, 5 minute walk to local trains and 2 mins to a supermarket, excellent eating places right across and great breakfast. They gave us a super packed breakfast at 5 AM in the morning during early checkout. New property and well maintained.

While our trip began with some challenges—our flight being canceled, for example— Palazzo Esedra team’s efforts truly turned things around and made this trip a memorable experience. Although the hotel is rated 4 stars, the service we received was definitely 5-star quality. The care, attention, recommendations and assistance provided throughout our stay were exceptional! The housekeeping team, in particular, was outstanding in maintaining cleanliness and attending to every detail in our room. One suggestion I have is to consider adding more variety to the breakfast buffet, perhaps by including more vegetables. Again, thank you from the bottom of my heart. Overall, it was a fantastic stay, and I would happily recommend your hotel to friends and family. Special thank you to Alberto and his team!!
