We liked everything. Great hotel, nice and professional staff, they pay attention to every detail, for example the cleaning lady lowers the roll top shutters every night for you, while you enjoy the dinner.

The owner/host and staff were so friendly! Excellent customer service. My husband and I stayed here for a few days to celebrate my birthday and our wedding anniversary. My husband, the host, and the staff surprised me with cake, candles, and music (birthday song on speakers) on the night of my birthday (my husband bought the cake and candles from a nearby bakery, they refrigerated it, lit the candle, brought it out to me with music). It was so nice! We were able to stay with our small dog, who the staff loved and gave so much attention to him (pets, cuddles, and water). Our stay included breakfast, which was great and filling (eggs, cereal, toast, yogurt, fruits, pastries, coffee/tea). They have a bar so you can order drinks at any time. The room was fine and comfortable and included AC. We had a balcony with a drying rack. The beach is easily accessible (less than 5 minute walk). It includes the private beach area for hotels with beach/lounge chairs and umbrella). You are assigned the seating during check-in. For the price, the location, breakfast, and dog accommodation were great!

I initially considered giving a very low rating due to an unfortunate experience with Lady at Front Office member who was quite rude to my family and on the phone when we called her. However, I was very impressed with the professionalism and helpfulness of the manager. His exceptional service encourages me to support his efforts. amazing staff and cleanliness. Overall quality is always perceived. never felt crowded or desolate. The facility is very well placed being close to the city center yet a bit disconnected from the rest.
