Cordial and professional staff. We asked for adjacent rooms and got them no problem. Everything was spotless and the beds were comfortable, not a peep was heard from the corridor eventhough we faced the elevator. Wifi worked great. Breakfast was nice: toast, yoghurt, cheese, ham, bacon, scrambled eggs, fresh fruit, juice, pastry and cake. The great cappuccinos were made to order.

Good access to Florence by walking or bus but away from the hustle and bustle of the city centre. Staff were friendly. Plenty of breakfast options. Beautiful building and grounds, was like staying in a National Trust property. One of the nights the fire was lit in the lounge which made it very homely.

The hotel is really close to the train station, but you can also reach the city center after a 10-minute walk. Every single staff member we met was extremely polite and nice. Our room was cleaned every day. The breakfast was great, sometimes we didn't even need lunch after it! Even though our side of the hotel was looking right at the street, our room was really quiet.

This was an exceptional property in Florence. The room was immaculately clean, very comfortably furnished with touches of individual style we've never had in any property we've stayed in before. Breakfast in the little coffee shop downstairs was always fresh and tasty. One of us required gluten free food which was always on offer. It was ideally placed for sightseeing and we always felt safe moving around the neighbourhood. The staff were always so friendly and helpful. Thank you for all the amazing memories.
