The room was nice and clean with a large comfortable bed, and free bottled water. The all-included breakfast was magnificent. It had everything from yogurt and museli, to fancy cakes, to cheese and meats. There is a barista for making coffee. I had three cappuccinos. What a perfect way to start the day in a Tuscan town.

The ambiance of the hotel and being closer to nature as the hotel is situated amongst beautiful gardens and established avenues of trees, etc. It is lovely to return to the hotel after busy excursions in and around Florence. The staff was extremely polite and helpful..

Everything was as described: comfortable, clean, and quiet. Incredibly friendly and accomodating host with great breakfast recommendations. Property location is ideal, we easily walked from the train and explored central Florence with this as a base. Loved all the little touches in the hallways and foyer, with slippers and toiletries awesome wee extras. Thank you for having us, wish we had stayed longer!
